At 123 Treats, we recognized how important shipping is when it comes to placing your orders. Both price and shipping time information are essential to our customers’ overall shopping experience.

Shipping policies & Rates

• Orders are processed in about 1-3 business days of your purchase
• All packages are shipped from our Miami, New York or Amazon Warehouses.
• You can expect to see your package 2-7 business days after your order is shipped. (If you live in AK, HI or have an APO/AFO that may take longer)
• We currently only offer shipping within USA.
• Once your item has shipped, we will provide information of the carrier and tracking information via email to you.
• Shipping is FREE for all orders within USA. Additional shipping charges may apply for PO Boxes, HI, AK, APO/FPO, Guam, US Virgin Islands and other areas outside the contiguous 48 states.

International Shipping

We are currently unable to offer international shipping.
